If you do not have dental benefits or do not wish to use the dental benefits you receive through your employer due to poor coverage, you could benefit from our Wellness Plan!

Our plan is specifically designed to cover all your preventative care each year and save you money on additional dental treatment you may need.

By joining our plan, you will save a minimum of $416 annually on your preventative dental care. Pricing and services are always completely transparent and there will be no guessing about what is covered when you come in for your appointment.

Pricing

Our plan pricing, as determined by age and oral health, ranges from $35-61 per month. There is a one-time enrollment fee of $149 for new patients and $99 for existing patients. Your card will not be charged until registration is completed in the office.

Our plan includes the following:

Preventative or periodontal cleanings
2 Periodic exams and 1 emergency exam
Annual x-rays
Oral cancer screening
Periodontal exam
15% off restorative treatment
15% off whitening and nightguards
20% off in-office prescriptions (ClinPro5000, MI Paste, etc.)
